Friday Finds: Chili Lime

Sprinkle it in fresh coconut along with freshly squeezed lime and a dash or two of hot sauce. Sprinkle it on sticks of jicama. Add to pan-fried fish. Its a great-find for a condiment, dry and easy to travel with. The flavour is potent but not spicy hot. We’ve already bought our second bottle. You ought to try it!
