(This is the fifth and final post on our family’s Relief Maps.)
He’s so meticulous with this sort of thing, and he loves doing maps. This is the first time he’s had to carve one, though.
He enjoyed the project thoroughly, other than the time pressures before the dough hardened. His mountains had to be glued on to the land and weren’t given much shape, but they’re there, right!?!
What did Mitchell learn from this project? Now he knows where mountain ranges are in Europe, and where the rivers are flowing.
He wants to do this kind of project again sometime. I count that A Hit!
